Content on this site — including text, images, cupping notes, and quality data — is provided for general information about our coffee and export services. While we keep it accurate and current, it does not constitute a binding offer. Product specifications, availability, and pricing are confirmed only in written quotations and sales contracts.

3. Samples and quotations

Sample requests submitted through the site are non-binding for both parties. Samples, quotations, and any subsequent sale are subject to a separate written agreement covering quantity, quality specification, Incoterms, payment terms, and shipment schedule.

4. Intellectual property

The Volcana Coffee name, logo, photography, and site content are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false or automated form entries, or using the site in any way that violates applicable law.
